How a raid works

  1. A boss shows up in the raids channel with one shared health bar and a timer.
  2. Everyone swings at the same boss. Your hit uses your real gear and pet, and you can swing again every few minutes.
  3. Beat the timer and everyone gets paid — Bastage Bucks and XP split by how much damage you did, plus a rare crate each. The top three damage-dealers get a bonus.
  4. Run out of time and it escapes — nobody gets paid, and the raid still gets written up here.
