If something is down

Most of these are watched automatically — the moment one stops, staff get told, and the row above will say so. Where a row asks you to tell us, please do.

• It says Up but you cannot get in. That is usually your own connection or an out-of-date game version. Restarting the game fixes it surprisingly often.
• It says Down. If the row says staff were told, there is nothing to do but wait. If it asks you to tell us, please do.
• It says Unknown. We have temporarily lost contact with the panel that runs our servers, so we cannot honestly say either way. Usually brief.
• Something else is wrong. Tell us on the contact page and we will look.
