Welcome to Magnificent Bastages.

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Magnificent Bastages website, dashboard, community features, Discord login, creator profiles, RPG/profile systems, rewards, store features, and any related services we provide.

By using this website or logging in through Discord, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or dashboard.

1. About Magnificent Bastages

Magnificent Bastages is a creator/community hub built for our group, creators, fans, community members, events, game servers, rewards, and future projects.

The website may include public pages, creator profiles, media, Discord login, community dashboards, MB Passport profiles, ranks, badges, titles, achievements, Bastage Bucks, rewards, store items, and other features.

Some features may be marked as Coming Soon, Private Beta, Disabled, or Admin Only. These features may not be fully available yet.

2. Accounts and Discord Login

Some parts of the website may require Discord login.

When you log in with Discord, we may use basic account information provided by Discord, such as your Discord ID, username, avatar, and related profile information needed to connect your account to the website.

You are responsible for your own account activity. Do not share access to your account or try to access another person’s account.

We may restrict, suspend, or remove access if someone abuses the website, breaks community rules, attempts to bypass permissions, exploits the system, or causes harm to the community.

3. User Roles and Permissions

The website may use roles such as Community Member, Creator, Moderator, Admin, Owner, or other custom roles.

Your role controls what you can see and do on the website.

You may not attempt to access admin tools, creator tools, staff tools, private dashboards, restricted pages, or other areas you are not authorized to use.

Trying to bypass permissions, exploit bugs, change data you do not own, or access restricted systems may result in account restriction, removal from the website, or removal from the community.

4. Community Features

The website may include community profiles, MB Passport features, RPG features, Bastage Bucks, badges, titles, achievements, rewards, events, leaderboards, game server perks, and other systems.

These features may change over time. We may add, remove, reset, rebalance, or disable features if needed for security, fairness, testing, maintenance, or community balance.

Bastage Bucks and other website rewards are virtual community rewards only. They have no real-world cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Creator Profiles and Content

Creators may be able to manage their own profile, bio, images, videos, social links, livestream links, contact settings, and other public-facing information.

Creators are responsible for the content they submit.

We may review, edit, reject, hide, or remove creator content if it is inaccurate, unsafe, inappropriate, copyrighted without permission, misleading, or harmful to the community.

6. User Content

If you submit content to the website, including profile information, images, links, messages, reports, feedback, media, RPG content, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to submit it.

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, threatening, spam, malware, stolen, misleading, or violates another person’s rights.

By submitting content, you give Magnificent Bastages permission to display, store, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate the website and community features.

7. Store, Rewards, and Virtual Items

The website may include store features, reward claims, virtual items, titles, badges, profile cosmetics, pets, RPG items, event rewards, or other unlockable content.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, these are virtual community items and have no cash value.

Some store or reward features may be disabled, Coming Soon, or in Private Beta.

If real-money purchases are added in the future, separate payment, refund, tax, and store rules may apply.

8. Livestreams, Embeds, and Third-Party Platforms

The website may link to or embed content from third-party platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Discord, or other supported platforms.

We do not control those platforms. Their own terms, rules, privacy policies, ads, and systems still apply.

We will not intentionally bypass platform ads, platform restrictions, or platform rules.

If an embed is unavailable, offline, broken, or restricted by the platform, we may show a fallback card, link, or offline message instead.

9. Discord Bots, Game Servers, and Integrations

Magnificent Bastages may use Discord bots, game server tools, AMP/CubeCoders, Hetzner server tools, Twitch/chat tools, or other integrations.

Some integrations may be read-only, admin-only, Coming Soon, or disabled for safety.

Users may not abuse bots, spam commands, exploit rewards, manipulate currency, bypass cooldowns, or attempt to trigger admin-only actions.

10. Rules of Conduct

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, or abuse others
• spam, scam, or impersonate others
• exploit bugs or abuse rewards
• attempt to bypass permissions
• access private/admin areas without permission
• upload malware or unsafe files
• submit stolen or copyrighted content without permission
• use the website to harm the community or its members
• interfere with website security, Discord bots, game servers, or integrations

11. Moderation and Enforcement

Magnificent Bastages staff may moderate the website, dashboard, community features, Discord-related features, creator submissions, and user content.

We may remove content, restrict accounts, revoke rewards, disable features, adjust currency, remove access, or take other action if needed to protect the community.

We may also fix errors, reverse mistaken rewards, remove duplicate claims, or adjust systems for fairness and security.

12. Availability and Changes

The website may change over time.

Features may be added, removed, changed, reset, disabled, or moved into beta testing. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.

We may update these Terms when needed. If major changes happen, we may require users to accept the updated version before continuing to use the website.

13. No Guarantee

The website and services are provided as-is.

We do our best to keep things working, but we cannot guarantee the website will always be online, error-free, secure from every possible issue, or available on every device at all times.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Magnificent Bastages and its staff are not responsible for indirect damages, lost data, lost rewards, lost virtual items, account issues, platform outages, third-party service problems, or interruptions caused by services we do not control.
